As the name suggests, HL7 Switzerland is the Swiss national organization of the HL7 community. The HL7 User Group Switzerland was founded in 2000.

• With us you will find the experts who can help you.
• Through your involvement in the HL7 Technical Committee, you can help shape the standardization of medical content for Switzerland and have a say in the ballot process.
• With our support, you can also contribute to the HL7 standards at an international level.
• We are networked with the HL7 organizations of other European countries and exchange experiences as well as technical articles, e.g. via the German-language journal "HL7-Nachrichten".

Anniversaries

In 2025, HL7 Switzerland celebrates the 25th anniversary of the association. You can find more information under Events.

In 2020, the HL7 User Group Switzerland turned 20 years old. Unfortunately, the planned anniversary celebration had to be canceled due to COVID-19.
